Responsible cleaning As part of our commitment to sustainable practices, we chose to work with Second Œuvre, a responsible company specialising in rational deconstruction. The building was cleared in an environmentally-friendly manner, with the emphasis on sorting, reusing materials and reducing waste. This approach is fully in line with our desire to build a low-impact hotel project, right from the first stages of the works. -
Waste sorting Our teams sort the contents of the room bins: glass, plastic and cardboard are sorted for subsequent recycling. -
Responsible purchasing The Prince de Conti favours local, organic and fair trade food products. -
Sustainable diets Guests with vegetarian or gluten-free diets will find what they are looking for in our breakfast menu. -

Yoga and meditation sessions for staff Every month, guided yoga or meditation sessions are offered to employees in one of the hotel's suites. -
